2003 6.0 revs up by its self
So I bought my truck as a crank no start and I determined it was the hpop so while I was in there u.s. I rebuilt the turbo, replaced the ipr and icp along with the icp pig tail and did a egr cooler delete and cleaned the intake. Then I kept getting a cylinder 5 misfire so I did the cylinder contribution test, injector cut off test, and injector buzz test. So I replaced the injector and the injector wiring harness then the truck was running good for the last 600 miles now it revs up by its self while driving and when I'm at a light it acts like I'm hitting the throttle and tries to power through the brakes.then it starts running really rough and misfiring and it goes back to running perfect then misfiring and revs back up all of this happens within 30 seconds. Also I replaced the fuel filters and did a oil change with rotella 15w40. I also have a power loss when all of this happens and I checked the ficm voltage and its between 47 and 48.5 at all times even cranking. Now the weird thing is that all of this can happen and I can see it on the cylinder contribution test( the icp actual and desired are right where they are supposed to be and so is the voltage on the icp, ipr is at 58%) and all the injector are going crazy. Then I clear the codes and the truck runs perfect I can smoke the tires of the line and have tons of power but after 15 miles it's slow again and acts up. I'm just stumped and don't know what to look at. By the way I'm a ase master tech and the scanner is a snapon verus. Any help out suggestions will be greatly appreciated and sorry for the long post. Oh yea and I'm getting all glow plug codes and cylinder 5 contribution/balance when it starts acting up and blueish smoke out of the exhaust like it's loading up with fuel

I didn't do a oil cooler but I did clean the oil passages. The thing that has me baffled is that when I clear the codes I runs perfect with plenty of power but then it acts up again and I can clear the codes and its back to smoking the tires again. I'm kinda thinking the ficm is going bad but I'm stumped

The icp code finally popped up and the voltage was bouncing all over the place anywhere from .97 to 1.53 and power braking it it would only allow me to rev it up till 1800 before the sensor went completely haywire. I guess it's time to dig around the turbo and replace it thanks for the input guys

And while you're in there with the ICP sensor, pull the IPR and check the screen for trash as Cheezit suggested. I'd be surprised if it isn't trashed up a bit.
