I heard that once oil cooler goes out and oil is in coolant. the coolant system shoud be flushed and all hoses should be replaced because the oil swells the hoses....any thoughts
Thanks
Replace oil cooler, put back together, flush system thoroughly and keep it straight water, tear back down and replace the oil cooler again and then replace all hoses and degas bottle in the coolant system and then put back together and add your coolant and replace oil

I disagree. Replace oil cooler and hoses and flush with dawn detergent till water is clear then add your coolant 50/50.
