tracked down the issues i have with the blinkers half working to the switch, only had LF,RR and brake. so a cheap fix was to grab bunch of relays i had laying around an used flasher in as + an took the LF,RR outs as controls for L/R relays. will post more latter. it all works now
flasher input go to pin 5 of all 4
brake input goes to pin 4 of the 2 rear relay
the output of the relay is pin 3
pin 2 of the 2 right got RR off the switch
pin 2 of the 2 left got LF off the switch
flasher input into the switch got hooked to a +
pin 1 is ground
Now THAT'S what I call "usin' what ya got". Thanks for posting the alternative. Good job on the brainstorm. While it's not my cup of tea there will prolly be someone in the future googleing and find this thread.
