Flasher/Directional Relay Clicking without activation

I've just noticed a new odd symptom - my flasher/directional relay is clicking constantly even though I don't have either the directionals or emergency flasher on. No lights are flashing - just the constant clicking.

Here's what I believe is a tell-tale symptom. When I step on the brake, the clicking stops. This sounds like a marginal ground issue to me, yes? Any typical place(s) to check? What about the relay itself? Where is it located?

Okay, so apparently I'm an idiot. The "fix" for this was pushing the hazard button all the way back in. It would appear that my hazard switch pops out on it's own at times. Move along - nothing to see here...
