Truck model identification
Not sure what my truck model is but i think its camper special. The tailgate has a trailer special emblem but I'm not even sure if that's a model. All i have right now is the warranty identification plate information, please help.

First, welcome to FTE, lot's of good knowledgeable people here.
"Trailer special" is an option package for (obviously) trailer towing.
If you post the info and codes on your warranty plate we can decode it for you and give you more info.
If you want to get as much info as possible, consider ordering a "Marti Report" from Kevin Marti. This will contain all the information on how your truck was equipped when it left the factory. It includes options, date ordered,
date built, when it was shipped, sold and the original selling dealer plus more.

74 = Seattle WA Ford District Sales Office, where the original selling dealer ordered the truck from.
There's no code within the VIN or stamped on the Warranty Plate that decodes to a Camper or Trailer Special.
A copy of your trucks original build sheet is available from martiauto.com for a fee.
Parts catalog pic:
TYPE 2 = 1977/79 Camper Special emblems located on the cab.
TYPE 9 = Trailer Special emblem: 1976/79 Econoline (right back door), 1977/79 F150/350 & 1978/79 Bronco, both located on tailgate.
I've never seen a Camper Special with Trailer Special emblems and vice versa. IMO, Ford never offered any such thing.

Did'ja know that one of the first two orange trees imported from Brazil to the US, is still bearing fruit? It's located in a Riverside CA park.

Cool, I didn't know that. I've got three orange trees in my yard. Two have great oranges, the third one pretty much sucks, I'm just too lazy to dig it up.
