I have a rotunda Star 007-00017 i picked up used some 15 - 20 years ago opened box looked inside closed lid there it sat until recently. the truck never ever really gave me any trouble all these years however now I need the darn thing. i got to looking at it and there are only three pins in connector plus one one on separate wire. Is that correct or have i been holding on to a piece of junk for the last decade?

We had an old one in the shop years ago -- it's a "standard" digital volt/ohm meter with a battery test and will get codes, ABS info. It was extremely well made also -- one of those "museum pieces that should last a lifetime)
(I don't recall exactly but seem to remember it used Fluke or Midtronics "internals")
Hey thanks for responding.
I checked out some wiring diagrams and it seems the connector configuration on this tester would be proper. After putting in battery seems to self check ok. New problem wires on test connector in truck are rotted off. Figures first time i've ever tried to use a code reader and the wires are screwed. Suppose I'll be fab'n something up to plug in to. Or Anybody know of test connector repair kit or parts? preliminary searches turned up nothing of real use.
