Power window switches
Now, I don't know for sure on the Expy but I would guess it is similar. I mean, what sense would it make to pay an extra $0.13 per switch to give a customer something they really want. I know I would love that.

Second link I don't think so, it says it's wired into your car alarm and if alarm goes off, rolls the window(s) up
The driver's switch is also wired differently to control this feature.
In theory, you could install a driver's window motor on the passenger side and wire in a driver's window switch (in place of the existing switch) to operate it.
The 2009+ switches are modular. Even though the driver's setup has four switches, I do believe each is a separate unit that snaps into the assembly.
BTW, Navigators have this feature for both front windows. Expeditions have it on the driver's side only.
