65 Ford F250 4x4 drum question

About a month or so ago I picked up a 65 F250 4x4 and im going through the rear brakes and I pulled one drum off and everything was missing from the inside. I am having a lot of trouble finding the hardware for it. Anyone have a source for this type of stuff.

Here are three links to brake parts from the three sources I see referenced the most around here.
NPD: Brakes
LMC: Truck Parts and Truck Accessories
DC: Brakes | Dennis Carpenter Ford Restoration Parts

All 1955/65 F250's have 12 1/8" x 2" front & rear brakes as do some 1966 F250's.

Self adjusters (parts catalog pic: 2A176/2A177; 2A178; 2A179 etc) were not available with 12 1/8" x 2" brakes until 1967.

Rear brakes shown in upper pic. Which parts are missing?

Ha everything, I have the shoes and wheel cylinder but everything else I need. I work at a parts store and even the older brake parts catalogs do not list anything. The biggest thing that I need I think its called a equalizer bar?? Not sure its that flat bar above the shoe adjuster. I need the adjuster too.

Parts catalog pic: Equalizer (link) is 2A642 .. adjuster is 2041/2042/2047 .. but there could be right and left sides.

Which side do you need?

I have a 1966 Ford F250 4x4 and replaced all the brake hardware and brake lines front and rear from rock auto. The only place I could find the rear brake drums was O'Reilly auto parts and they had to be ordered online from their website. Those were the most difficult parts to find. Good luck!

Brakes

I just went through this with a 1965 F100 4x4... the only thing I can figure out is that there were problems with the parking brakes at one time and somebody removed everything they could find to free the brake. I was able to find the brake levers and spreaders from a seller on ebay:

russellold62 on eBay

He still has some of this stuff, might be worth checking out. I was a bit lucky because my rear was a ford 9"- very common with 11x2 1/2 brakes.
