need a little help.

I am trying to remove the filter to clean it on my S&B CAI on my 6.0 and cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it out of the housing. I have it loose but cannot get it to move enough to get it out. I figured someone on here would be able to help me as to how to do this.

Thanks guys

You should just loosen the hose clamp, pull the filter back towards the front of the truck and pull it up. Youre gonna have to pry it around the intake opening tube but the end of the filter is rubber so it should just flex right around it

Agree. Loosen the clamp holding it to the turbo. Pull the flex rubber back and pull the whole filter housing and all up from the back. It will pop up and just pull it out towards the cab.
