AE GEM Central Timer?

AE GEM Central Timer?
I am getting a GEM Central Timer no response message from my AE diagnosis on my e99 F-250. This is new from the last time I ran the test. What does it mean?

I am having slipping issues with a newly rebuilt tranny so I hooked it up. That message came up and it wasn't there before. Otherwise I don't have any new issues that I know of (there are the ABS and airbag, which I already know about).

Ah.... If I'm remembering correctly, it should have that same message for a number of modules. When you first connect, the system gives you the option to read all codes, so it polls everything it's connected to. Well... if you connect to the Enhanced Powertrain, then you will receive info from only so many modules. ABS is one of those modules you have to directly connect to, as is the GEM and the Overhead.
