Ford hubs

The price off the automatic hubs also seems crazy, and if I need to replace them, I might consider switching to a manual type of hub.
Lets face it, Ford doesn't give anything away. If I had ( hindsight is 20/20) pulled mine instead of listening to the guy at Ford, I would probably still be using them. A little anti-seize would have kept this from happening. It just comes down to the replacement cost. I do believe that the auto hubs would have eventually failed, because of the rubber diaphram inside the hubs, and manual hubs are more reliable. Just hope this helps someone else to keep from having the same problem. Believe me, it was a royal pain in the a## to get the one side out. But its done, and all is right with the world, as far as the 250 is concerned. Thanks to everyone for their input.
