I have the same hubcaps that HIO has cleaned and painted up so nicely. My first question, though, is how do i get them off my wheels? I see no notch in the edge for prying. Do I just jam the pry bar in there and go to town? I'd rather not.
You just pry them off with the end of the lugnut wrench end. You just work your way around it. That is the only way. The j-bolts are for the battery hold-down frame.
I use a curved screw driver/pry bar to remove the hub caps. They are on there good sometimes so might want to work your way around the cap to pop it off. Those are j hooks for the battery hold down in the pic.
