pcm connector bolt

my WTstart lite was flickering! causing hard starts and dying on 01 f350 7.3 i attempted to tighten connection bolt from wire harness to pcm with a 1/4 rathet an 10mm socket. the bolt broke into. my question, where do i get another bolt lke this one?

I don't think you can get just the OEM Bolt. However, A Hardware Store may have what you need.

Thats tough Bro, it comes with the harness, im sure theres not to many of them lying around, did you get the bolt out from the PCM? If I had to guess on what size bolt you need I would say 8X1.25x25mm, double check of course, the problem is the narrow head that fits into the harness connector, do you have any friends at ford? Maybe they can hook you up.

If you can find the right length and thread in an Allen socket bolt, that would probably work well too.

Fastenal carries it in metric. They may or may not stock it in the retail stores, but they can order it in.

Maybe try a local junk yard i know i could find a few around here, the only pita would be getting the bolt retainer out of the plug
