I'm having issues with my headlights... I took apart the front end to prep and paint the engine bay, redo the horrible crimped together electrical and paint the engine.
After putting everything back together everything lined up pretty well, even the doors went back on fine, but the hood is now misaligned. It was fine when it came off but after taking the hood off and the hinges to paint them and the fender walls, once it came to put the hood on it is misaligned. Pretty much it's sticking out a little too much on the drivers side. It kinda looks okay but when trying to shut the hood it hits the little lever used to lock it, so I kinda need to give it a push to the passenger side for it to lock. The passenger fender isn't getting enough coverage from the hood leaving about an inch of fender showing when shut.
Also my headlights aren't working on the passenger side at all. My drivers side light turns on if I kick on the high beams an the turn signal works. Other than that nothing. What did I miss when reinstalling, and where do I begin to look.
Here's an update on the headlights. Today when I went to turn the lights on, for some reason they turned on and worked lol then I go to try and turn them on again and they won't turn on again hahaha so I jiggle the light switch and mess with the high beam switch and then the lights kick on again, I put the truck in reverse and then the lights go out hahaha
Any idea? Maybe a loos ground? Although I don't think so. I put them on pretty good.
