Front spindle conversion?

What's up guys, I've been running my 69 f350 dually for a whole now and I'm looking to upgrade the wheels on it, as you know it runs the lug centric split rim. Problem wheels these days are all hub centric. The rear is not a problem because of the dually hub I can have wheels made for the rear, but the front wheels don't sit on a hub lip. They sit against the hub and center using the lugs, my question is, it uses the same 8x6.5 lug pattern as the newer
e-450 style vans. Has anyone done a front hub/rotor swap on a 69 dually before? If so what's involved. I gotta get some radials on this truck as I drive it daily. Thanks in advance
