Hi Don. Neil is busy slacking.
I'm taking a break from washing and waxing. Neighbor said I should put some pants on to cover the thong...or at least...don't bend over...
Hey George and Ken. No slacking going on here, I am at the office now and apparently there was some confusion as to when the delivery was suppose to be made. I told them to have it delivered in the morning and when I called around 11:15 today, they said it was on for this afternoon. I had to come into work so I told them to reschedule it for next week.
OK all dressed up and no place to go.
Had fun yesterday getting the SW inspected. Son called looking for some FE (352-390) tools. Replacing the intake manifold gaskets on a 63 Galaxie. For some reason having trouble finding parts/gaskets. Guess who had them on the shelf...Load up the wagon, stop for gas, won't start. bat. dead. Get a friend to come for a jump start. Back to the house, not charging, battery at about 9 volts. Put the battery on charge, put in an alt from an engine that was working ok. Still not charging !@#$^%&*. Said the heck with it, drove up to Seneca Falls where son works. Car dies in the parking lot. Trickle charge didn't last to long on the battery. Put bat. on medium charge up there, got car inspected, delivered Galaxie gaskets. Walked around a bit. Started car and drove back home on the battery. Son stopped by later with another alternator he took off a junk car. We checked the wiring harness and fusible links (OK) Replaced the alternator everything charging as it should. Still don't know why the one that was working ok not working now.
Put about 80 miles on the car which is the most in 10 years..

Sounds like that was a fun day, especially with it being so hot and humid yesterday.
Morning #2. How are you doing today? Update on my one pup. She is doing alot better today. On some meds to help dissolve any stones they couldn't find and a change in dog food as well. She get to go see her regular vet in 2 weeks for a check up. Also going to have our other pup checked for any stone issues to be safe. The pup that had to go in to the vet will have a bald spot on her one front leg until the fur grows back from where they had to put the iv.

That is good to hear and it would make sense to get the other one checked out just to be sure.
Day has been ok. Was suppose to get a delivery of 6 pallets of charcoal this morning at the fire hall. Called them after 11 to see when it was going to be done and was informed that it was on this afternoon's schedule. Told them to reschedule for next Weds. morning because I needed to come to work this afternoon. I am not sure if it was a misunderstanding on my behalf to when it was going to be delivered or a mix up on Lowes end when they entered the delivery info into the computer. Oh well, it is not needed until a week from Saturday so we have another chance to get it taken care of.
