Gotcha. It just seems interesting that you are now having this issue after the house was built. Are they on higher ground from you? I can not remember if this is the case or not.

Neil, their house/property is about 4' higher. Water table is fairly high. When drilling the well over 20 years ago water was hit at 7 ft flowed 1/2 gal/min all the way down to 192ft. Had it "fracked" - bad word around here and now flowing about 2-3 gpm. Water level stays pretty constant -about 10 ft below top of casing.

I've tried that Shaun. These new raindrops have a homing device built in, so they are very hard to avoid.
