Yeah we caught it early which is a good thing. Alot of people catch it too late and it is worse for the pup. She only had to stay overnight for some lab work, x-rays, and an ultrasound.

Its good you caught it Shaun. Most people don't pay attention when their dog is in the yard. Ours use to get infections that we would have to treat with antibiotics.

That it is Rick. We usually always go out with them when they want out. And your right most people dont pay attention to their pets and then something that could have been caught early becomes a very serious issue.

We would have to watch Babs every time as she would get those infections so easily.

This is the first time our pup Molly has ever had kidney stones. She is a pretty healthy pup overall. We do know that Dalmatians are more prone to getting them. But we caught it before they became a bigger issue that would have required surgery.

Since this is the first time Rick, there are a few things we are going to do so she doesnt get them again. Biggest thing is a small change in her diet. We will also do the same change for our other dalmatian.

It wasn't till after she was gone that we found out that one of her Milk Bone like treats from Walmart was causing it.

Morning everyone, hope that your day is going well. I am killing time at the fire hall waiting for Lowes to arrive with 6 pallets of charcoal that has been ordered for our BBQ's. Once they get that delivered, then I am off to work.
