autoxtech, very good chance an intake and exhaust valve are both open slightly, and blowing smoke into the intake can find it's way to the exhaust.
Normal overlap.

thanks guys , making me feel better . I am hauling same stuff out to Nebraska at the end of month with family and don't need to break down that's about 1250 miles one way. ordering boost guage and trans this week.

11 is nothing to worry about. 12 I would start thinking about taking my foot out of it or shifting down.
