I have a 1986 ford bronco 2 4x4 its the Eddie Bauer edition and I need a drive shaft for it and its the cv type and from the tran to the rear is 32ins if som one know of a place where i might be able to get on rom please let me know or maybe a repair kit.
Repair it? Are the U-joints just worn out? That's something most anyone could tackle with a table vice. Aside from the U-joints there's not much to repair. You could call a local auto shop to ask which machine shop they use to repair/modify their driveshafts. Otherwise you might find a replacement in a junkyard or there always seems to be somebody parting out a B2 on craigslist.
There are no U-joints, there's only CV type driveshaft. The ball barring
& all that stuff have fallen out of the driveshaft. so I was thinking about repairing the CV type joint. Any advice would be very appreciated. thank you
Sorry, you did mention cv type. I'm not familiar with that setup. Autozone does not list any driveshaft parts, other than the whole assembly for $309. Jeff's Bronco Graveyard does list some 'GKN' type parts, or the whole U-joint style replacement shaft for $195. You might do well to give them a call. They've helped me quite a bit the last few years.

Throw the cv style in the scrap heap. Best thing you'll ever do. I got the replacement number from the Advance Auto web site and ordered it from Amazon.
Will you send me the number for the driveshaft for the 86 bronco I am willing to replace it because I can't find the CV joint looking style so appreciate it if you send me that number thanks
