clicking at 20mph

I have a 76 courier and no matter what gear I'm in I get a fast clicking (tick-tock, not just tick) somewhere under the dash whever I'm around 20mph. No matter what else I'm doing, it always happens when I pass through or stay on 20. Anyone seen anything like this?

Speedometer cable may be worn out. Does the speedometer needle wiggle about that speed also?

yah, it wiggles from 0 till about 40
I'll check that thanks, I didnt wanna start taking stuff apart not knowing what I was looking for

You can try lubing the cable but when they get worn out like that it is usually replacement time. If you can't get a replacement, speedometer shops can make one for you.
