I have had issues on and off with my batteries being dead after the truck has been sitting more than a week. It started about a year and a half ago. Took the truck up to have both batteries tested last August and one was installed in 2004 (no date code). Replaced that one. Did not have another $150 at the time to do both. This past March I replaced the other battery. I thought all was well. I have gone to start the truck a few times since then and knew I was in trouble when the doors were unlocked...always keep them locked. Totally dead...charged for several hours and it would start. I have noticed at times after I turn the truck off that I hear a clicking noise..like a relay or something..under the dash. by the time I get down to the area it stops. I am wondering if anyone may have had any similar issues?? I am going to try the method I saw on here for finding battery drain. Just wondered if anyone had any tips.
