Ran a few tests on the Henry today (AE from Clay).
Dead cold and did the KOEO and all good (Buzz test, sensors etc).
Checked for codes and only had P1211 and that would be the PHP FU2 6 Pos Chip. Also the soft code that throws due to AIH Delete mod (can't think of the number off top of head P03--).
Cleared the codes and P1211 didn't reappear for the rest of the tests.
I left the Chip in during tests but had it set at the lowest (Extra 25HP being closest to stock).
Took her for a good run to get up to full operating temps and ran a KOER test and all good.
All data looked good ICP, pulse widths etc.
Ran a Cylinder Contribution Test and came up with:
The truck is running beautifully with no sign of a miss, smoke etc.
I know that the Gray CPS can throw this as a Phantom Code.
Just wondering if any of you fellas get the same code on our Aussie 7.3 trucks?
Reg, I'll check my DTC log and let you know.
I'd be inclined to clear the codes, use the truck normally, and check for a re-appearance before you worry too much about it.

G'day Simon,
Done that mate as a matter of course.
However it comes up again after retesting.
Still let me know if and when you throw the AE over yours again.
agreed. dont worry about #8. it has a different stroke than the others. Fords lame *** way of trying to fix the fuel starvation on that cylinder. The only real fix is to install a regulated return.
I fitted Clay's FRx and that seem to settle the noisy number 8 down some and also fitted the HPx as well , some say this will give you a smoother idle but that's debatable.
I run AE last week and pulled some codes
B1428
B1483
B1352
which are no weal problem as for the AIH delete , i still get a soft code but no biggie , i made up a wire with some resistors in line to stop the soft code , will check it out and let you know.
