While it is cool, I may be the odd man out, but just like some CABT's stuff, I see it as a waste of dwindling supply of good Excursion parts

I guess he had his fun with it and wants to dump it but I would keep it for more giggles now and then.............and people are starving in the U.S.

Nope, I agree. It seems like it would be easier to build out of a pickup anyway.

Maybe the body was totalled, or badly wrecked! Maybe he sold off anything usable?
