High-Top Excursion aka..."Raised Roof"
Was digging through Google images of Excursions and ran across this:
from here: my brothers Land Rover Ford Excursion thing - Expedition Portal
The guy took it off of a Land Rover.

I would imagine that it would just be a matter of rerouting the ducting.

That's awesome, but I do like having structural rigidity in my vehicles....
Cutting out the roof does not lend itself to stiffness.
Plus rear A.C.
