What do I do first?

Need some advice from the folks here on the forum. I did a once over this afternoon that was waaay past due on the 04 Navigator tonight.

I've got the following items I've noticed need replaced/ fixed, and would like some advice on what kind of costs i'm looking at/ prioritizing what would be best to do first.

Exhaust manifold leak (best guess after reviewing forums for ticking noises on startup)
Rusting Radiator support (passenger side is almost completely worn through)
Upper and Lower Ball Joints need replaced
Worn Idler Pulley
Leak on front of engine (Can't tell exactly where its coming from)

I don't have access to a press, so ball joints will need to be done at the alignment shop. Pretty sure I can replace the worn pulley and will do the serpentine belt at the same time. Leak on the front of the engine scares the heck out of me, same as radiator support.

Thanks in advance.

Well,
The ticking at startup is probably the hydraulic lifters pumping up, not an exhaust leak. No biggie.
You need coolant, you need oil, you need it to go straight, and you need to keep the serpentine belt on for all of the above to work.

So, the answer is fix em all but the possible exhaust leak.
