Yes my started to leak at the rad at 1200 miles they replaced it and then at 6000 it started to leak again. They told me at the time they did not know they had a rad problem so they just replaced it with the same one that had the same bad crimp joints. I am not sure if i have the t--- in my truck since they replaced the second rad i will check.
I had a radiator leak a week ago, since here in Poland I don't have to worry about warranty(ford dealer don't offer any of superdutys like all others in europe)I've bought a powder(I don't know how it is called in english)that stops coolant leaks, unless there is a big hole in the radiator. And guess what?? it stopped But I'm going to order a new radiator as soon as the leak comes back.
I would estimate that your second radiator was damaged before the venturi kit was installed, and that's what caused the leak.
I've had two radiator replacements - one at around 7K miles and the second at 22K. The venturi t was installed along with the second radiator, no problems since other than a leaking upper radiator hose (now have 32K miles).
