4.9 Vin E vs Y
Might be the wrong forum, but I'll ask..
What is the difference in the Ford 4.9 Engines, E vin code vs Y?
My manual only lists the Y code (4.9, Carb, 1b) and I can't find any reference to the E Code
I have a line on a rebuilt engine from an E250. It says it will fit the F150 and that it's an E Code, Air in manifold. (my Y code is (was) also air in manifold)
Any Help? E vs Y
