I need to know the best and easiest way to remove the glass from my 78 supercab without breaking. the windshield and back glass i dont care they are garbage but the side glass is still good
You're going to have to buy new rubber anyhow so just use a box cutter to cut the old rubber to facilitate the glass removal. That's what I did on mine and had NO problem removing the old glass without damaging it.

what model will i need to use to get pop outs and what model of f150 can i get the dark tinted solid glass from
Any Supercab model from 74-79 will work (the Supercab model came out in '74). By "dark tinted", if you mean smoked tint, that's aftermarket. From the factory, Ford only offered the light green tint.

How do you know that without seeing what he had? His might of been in perfect shape to reuse. I've removed the back and front glass plenty of times and reused the OE rubber. There is no need to take a razor knife to either of those.

The rubbers were shot so it did not bother me to cut them
