True colors come out. Using that term (repeatedly) is code for racism. No accusation just an observation.

Yet, we have no idea, repeat, no idea what you (your truck) looks like. Easy to call names in your e-world.

But then again, we are just trying to help Sir Aaron with some light options, you on the other hand, have provided no input other than name calling, hectoring and haranguing.

(or did I describe a"ghetto sled"?). Either way, it doesn't fit.
Well to be fair the guy didn't directly call Mecdac's ride one. I just inferred it because the guy said matching headlights to your truck's color made it look that way.

Edit: that was until his recent post in which he actually does say it directly....

So after considering the options, talking to you all, and showing the pics to my wife, I'm probably going to get the following:

99-04 Ford F250 F350 Excursion 1-Piece LED Crystal Headlights - Chrome

Looks like these are Anzo lights. ANZO USA | FORD EXCURSION 00-04 / SUPERDUTY 99-04 CRYSTAL HEADLIGHTS CHROME L.E.D 1 PC

Now I'm just looking at lightbulbs. I'd like to get the best bulbs for the headlights and also amber light replacements. Probably going to replace the fog lights too.

Here are the choices I've been able to find that would fit the 9007. 9007/HB5 is the standard fitting bulb for the F250s.

PIAA XTreme White Plus
Phillips CrystalVision Ultra
GE NIGHTHAWK™ PLATINUM headlights
GE NIGHTHAWK™ XENON Headlights
Osram Sylvania SilverStar Ultra
Osram Sylvania SilverStar zXe
Osram Sylvania SilverStarXtraVision

I'm also trying to figure out what to do with the foglights and which color/size/type lights to use for the turn signal.

These are what I have experience with.

PIAA XTreme White Plus: nice white color slight improvement in brightness over factory silverstar

Osram Sylvania SilverStar Ultra: still yellow slightly brighter then standard silverstar

Osram Sylvania SilverStar zXe: whiter then silverstar ultra, more yellow then piaa. Same brightness as ultra.

Of all of them price for brightness yes. But I hated all them which is why I went the route I did with a projector retrofit

Silverstar's are ALL crap. They put a coating over the bulbs themselves in order to filter out the yellow and make them appear more white. This, in reality, cuts the light output.

If you really want to go for maximum output, you can make your own headlight harness that hooks directly up with the stock one. Your stock headlight switch will still work as normal. Basically you up the wire sizes, allowing for more power to get to the bulbs and in turn allowing them to run at 100%. There's a write up on another forum, I'll track it down and PM it to you later.

I have those headlights on my truck, I think they look great but & it's a pretty large but, had I been able to try some out I would have gone with projectors as the light output & beam pattern are very little gain over the headlamps that came on my truck when I bought it, I have fitted better bulbs & the only other thing I have to try is using relays & heavier wiring which will help & I will do before winter comes! Here's a before & after.
The fit isn't great either even after fettling things as you can see in the second pic

I still love my cheap VVME hi/low HIDs in 6000k color. i spend a lot of time making sure all my truck's headlights are aimed correctly and not blinding anyone. I've been running HIDs since 2004 (paid $600 back then) and the LED's have me interested but i'm not sold until i see them. So i stick with my old stand by that give me no real issues and great visibility.

This was my old 2000 that was totaled, i had 2004 headlights and foglights in it. 6k headlights and 10k foglights (for looks)

I don't know if it the angle or what, but the headlights don't look like they fit. They seem too small.

It's an optical illusion from the wind deflector.

They fit ok, just don't follow the line of the grille too well, or the line of the fender! They are made in China to a price not to a standard!

Same on mine, the gaps are on point everywhere except along the grill. Barely noticeable when you're looking at the truck, you need to know it's there or be all up in its **** looking for flaws to pick apart, thus making yourself feel better due to the intense inner jealousy over not having such an outstanding, amazing, BAMF rig.
