IAC died almost overnight
Well, my truck was having some personal problems on rare occasions. It would start right up, then simply shut down immediately. It did this about two weeks ago once, then last week twice. This morning it wouldnt even idle anymore. I had to twofoot the truck into my driveway, and after some reassuring research, went to my closet for my spare IAC motor. 20 minutes later, we're rolling again. Thanks FTE for the awesome database of info. Owned fords all of my life and this is surely not the first IAC valve ive changed but it is the first time one died on me with out any sort of driveability issues.
