Your best bet is a TS 6 position chip through one of the custom tuners. The flash programs have a reputation for ruining our PCM's. With stock injectors no matter what you do you want see more than about a 60 hp gain, but the custom tuners right more vehicle specific tunes.

+1, im SURE others on here will tell you the same.. As usual if you use the search option youll read enough on the topic to make your head spin... Fwiw, for ease of use personally ive had great luck with the now defunct Superchips 1705, their still available on ebay or Craigslist if you decide a programmer is something your interested in, that being said I now have a TS chip w canned (generic tunes) waiting to be installed. To save you a ton of questions and answers, youll probably want to swap out your restrictive turbo down pipe to something like a 3" unit, it wouldnt hurt to a "6647" intake and if its in your budget grab some guages, exaust temp and boost. Hope that helps, it probably generated more questions and ive left out more specifics but itll get you on the right track if your looking to "uncork" the motor and free up some power... Good luck and welcome!

Oh, sorry, i assumed she was stock. Maybe if as a new member you are allowed a signature you can put your trucks current specs, that always helps.
As for the intake, i don't endorse only because I've never made any purchases from venders here but just use the search option, you'll come up with DIY options as well as venders to buy from...
