Sync Question
When I receive a text while in my 14DRW it flashes on the SYNC screen and before I can hit view it disappears.......Is that normal or do I have a setting messed up......seems to work ok other than that dilemma.......Thanx!

My text notification box will eventually clear out, but there's a good 5-10 seconds that gives me the chance to press the view or listen or whatever else those other buttons say....
sounds like something is amiss in your SYNC software, have you setup an account on syncmyride.com yet? If there's an update available, using your vin, you can access it and load it onto a little usb flash drive for upload to your truck.
Worst case is a trip to the dealer might be in order, they might have to wipe and re-load the latest SYNC version for you.
