water issues please help!!!
had water in fuel on 1995 7.3 used red 911 treatment new filter and have drained fuel bowl several times. run good for about 40 seconds then runs like a gas engine when a plug is fouled then picks back up then rough running. haven't drained tank. is this still a water problem or more thanks so muc

Has the truck been sitting for a while? Is the oil fresh and topped off? One way to tell if there is still water, is to catch the fuel with a clear bottle when you drain the bowl. If there is water in it, it will separate.
