I see a lot of watchers with some of the things I
have sold over the years. They watch and that is all
they do. I had an aircraft engine fire control up a few
weeks ago. Nice low starting big. Got a few watchers
and no bites. Oh well maybe I'll re-list it some day.

I've had items with dozens of watchers and no bids. Immediately relist for a few dollars less and it attracts about the same watchers and ends up selling for way more than the previous listing price.
Go figure. I'm sure eBay buying behavior would make for an interesting psychological study.

I have been there too.
Sometimes an item gets ignored and goes really low price.
Other times it gets crazy.
I have picked up a few things that way. I pick my max
price + the shipping and stick to it.
