These guys have a $30 minimum order but they do have a 5/16"-24 but not sure it is correct dimensions otherwise (panel thickness, hole dimensions, etc)

Thanks for all the replys. I ended up ordering from AMK products and waiting for them to arrive. Since my front end is apart and being painted I notice a lot of hardware is finer thread which I thought was interesting. I'll let everyone know how they fit. Thanks again
