Clutch Return Spring

I purchased a new clutch return spring and plastic spring insulator for my 1965 f100 352 3spd sb I know it hooks on the clutch fork but i have no idea where the plastic insulator goes and how it hooks. Can someone take a picture and post it so i can attach it the correct way. Maybe I"m missing a bracket or something that maybe broke off.

The plastic insulator is not original.

The clutch return spring attaches to fork (7515), then to bracket on frame rail (not shown) adjacent to outer equalizer bar pivot (7507).
