BRB going out go get some pics of mine....Ok in my earlier attached pic did you see the small silver cylinder, that is what get attached to the steering shaft. It got welded by the PO on this rig. Then the larger black piece has the QD pin and that is where about any steering wheel should adapt?
Have you not went to the MoMo site and read up on it? Also here is what you have to finish out, that exposed gap that is normally covered by the OEM wheel.
I have not had a chance to look into the other end of the silver adapter, call a local speed racing shop and ask about them.
so as long as the hub adaptor has the groves cut to fit the spline the nut will be fine for safety? but i would still have to use the puller to remove the wheel? so to add the quick release i need both the hub adaptor and the quick release adaptor? And what about the safety of the quick release is that something that would warrant not getting it?
ok thanks for the pic, looks basically the same as mine, so the answer to my question is yes i need both the hub adaptor and the quick release hub adaptor it install a 6 hole wheel? thanks
