with a 223 inline 6 cylinder. The 4 digit MODEL code stamped on the Rating Plate decodes to whether it's 2WD or 4WD

F103 = F100 4WD, 5,600 lbs. GVWR / F104 = F100 4WD, 4,000 lbs. GVWR / F105 = F100 4WD, 5,600 lbs. GVWR
F110 = 1957/59 F100 2WD / 1961/72 F100 4WD / 1973/76 F100 4WD pickup. 1976 was the last year that F100's were available with 4WD

Incorrect! The first 3 digits of the VIN is the SERIES code. 1960: F10 decodes to both F100 2WD & 4WD / There is no VIN SERIES code of F11 for 1960.
