No, it's not factory, it's a NAPCO 4WD conversion.
The hubcaps, 4WD front, 2WD rear...were introduced in 1977.
F100/250 factory 4WD introduced in 1959, but NAPCO, Marmon-Herrington and etc. continued to do aftermarket 4WD conversions.
