Need help ASAP! Wiring for truck interior!

I'm ***** deep in my f250 and it's 11:42 at night and I need to finish by morning. I have my entire interior ripped completely out ready for the lariat swap. All I need is to put the new wiring harness in for the seats/windows. Problem is I can't find the old one or where the new one goes if there isn't one. It's under the dash somewhere but i can't find it. I've googled everything and any advise besides giving the f up would be much appreciated.

Your going to have to go deeper under the dash and look for the plugs that match up to your new harness(s). It's probably easiest to lay out the harnesses for the seats and see where the plugs end up for distance to under the dash from the plugs to the seat. Believe the seat harnesses run up the tunnel but I can't say for sure, the windows, through doors to edge of door sills and under the dash on each side. Again, you need to find the plugs those harnesses to too.

My new harness has a black box attatched and I don't see one anywhere on my old one. Perhaps because everything is manual? I was thinking everything would look the same when the swap was finished just more wires.

The black box if this is a Ford harness is most likely the heated seat
relay. That should get it's power from the CJB inside the truck.
(Central Junction Box) You will have to find the fuse location.
then trace the cables from the back side of the CJB to see where the
harness plugs are.

EDIT : Adding some PDFs with wiring diagrams

P.S. This is Post #7500 for me

You need to identify what plugs you have and what ones you don't. Then
you take the diagrams I posted and look to see where you need to make
the new connection at and to what.
