So looking some more into these rims I see pictures like BiGGreen350 and njdevil77 back on page one as well as google images where the rears have a center cap and the fronts have sort of a center cap... Any thoughts on if I should or shouldnt run some and if so what would look best on a 4x4 w/ manual locking hubs?
IMO run a solid center cap on the rear wheel, then run a open style center cap on the front. If you go "No center caps" then at least paint the rear hub and the front hub neck.
If you do get center caps for the rear make sure they are as short as possible. I do not like it when they stick out past the rim edge, but some times you have to run what you have.

Depends on how much gravel you run, those rear center caps stick out past the rim on NARROW rims, and catch rocks from the front tires - I sorta prefer a black painted hub, just for that reason. To each his own, though, and it varies on the rim style which looks better. I kinda like the turbines with a bare black hub.
I love the look of the turbines on the 73-79 dents, this is mine.
F-Series **** right there... Killer-looking rig!!!
Those are the style of turbines I would love to have for my truck - although in a proper width. I'll call them "fine-spoked" turbines. There were some full-size '70s Mercurys and Lincolns and maybe T'Birds which came with similar-looking fine turbine wheels, but they are 5X5", whereas Dent's are 5X5.5".
Most of the other examples in this thread have fewer spokes, and look more like the rims on the General Lee Charger, or an '87-'89 Mustang GT - "course-spoked" if you will...
So, I've found a set of 15x7's here in my local area on Craigslist. They are 5 lug, 13 spoke turbines. I know most of you are used to the F250 & Bronco wheels, but do you think these would fit a F100? I sent a text to the seller to see if he know's what hole pattern they are.
Can anyone give me some info on these? Seller does not know the brand. Says they are in good shape. I'm trying to figure out how to meet him tomorrow. He's about 2.5 hrs from me in the next state over.

Those look like the Western style wheels to me. Look like they were recently cleaned up and rattle canned black paint. For $90, I would probably get them if they were exactly what I was looking for.
