EGR??
pulled some more codes and they were all related to the egr. voltage low, voltage high, and insufficient flow. i will be cleaning that and or replacing if needed but my question is on take off from a stop or slow roll when it shifts into 3rd gear i believe at roughly 35 mph it bogs down and looses all power until the rpms climb again so it shifts into 4th. is this related to the egr being stuck at all? this is on a 92 f150 302 auto. thank you

It could be related but you won't know until you fix the EGR problem. Your truck doesn't measure EGR gas flow just valve position but that doesn't mean the valve or the position sensor is bad, first check that the vacuum line between the valve and EVR solenoid is intact, that there is not any vacuum at the valve at idle, and that the valve moves when vacuum is applied directly to the valve. If that checks out remove and clean the valve and replace the position sensor, clear codes and drive for a week to see if codes come back.
