Problem with bogging out and no power

Alright so i am going try to explain this as best as possible. My truck idles really rough and has no power. Super sluggish and then all of a sudden it just gets up and goes. Then it gets supper sluggish again. It runs fine until it heats up to operating temp. I got tps code which is 121 i believe. So i changed the throtle position sensor. Still doing the same thing. Then i thought it was the egr. Changed the egr solinoid. Still nothing. Someone told me maybe its your map sensor. So i unplugged it. Runs better but still kind of ****ty. But it is not sluggish no more. So my question is do you think it is the map sensor?

Did you clear codes after changing sensors? If not give that a try and pull codes again after a couple days to see what comes back. Also check fuel pressure and the FPR for leaks. Are there any exhaust leaks?
