The guy doing Dads truck is charging $6500, and that's full frame-off and repairing any rust and dents found. And I paid the original guy $6500 as well, although the second guy said his price would have been the same if #1 hadn't touched it. But, that # doesn't include blasting and painting the frame, which is another $500.
So, depending on the condition of your truck, the person you find, and what all you want done maybe $6000 - 6500.
