Appears to be! Try to get the speedo drive, $$$ if you have to buy separately.

I'd for sure try to find a used one, from someone who has swapped out their trans for something newer. If you had to buy new, the driven gear is about $25, the body ?? I doubt they are available?

That's kind of a worry to me; it appears to be sandblasted? If so, there could be sand all inside there, you'd have to completely disassemble to make sure it's all out.

I bet it was disassembled. See the shifter cover was done differently and not by blasting. So I bet it was apart.

52 light duty 3 speed trans

The pics show the correct version of the stock 52 trans. You'll want to make sure the guts at least have fresh bearings and the other wear parts for a manual trans. The rear support is missing the speedo [U]driven[U] gear and it's bushing. Hopefully, the drive gear is still on the mainshaft. We generally have these parts in stock. The driveshaft will have to be modified and the correct u-joint and slip yoke fitted. A pro driveline shop can make this up for you....make sure they balance it.
