It will do it again, if you don't find the root cause. This could be one of those "Let's see how much power I can get out of it" trucks, then became a "Crap, I powered all the reliability out of it" truck. I'm not saying that's the case... I'm just suggesting avoiding the rollers, races, and wrap-outs until you know some more of what's been done, or more to the point - what hasn't been done. Bent/broken rocker arms and pushrod are symptoms of piston slapping - that's not to be ignored.
