What kind of fluid does the power steering on a 2002 F-350 take?

ATF. Trust your owners manual. I think most vehicles use ATF over powersteering fluid since the 90's(I think).

Keep it simple and use Mercon V like your 4R100. Assuming you have one.

Do a proper flush, google for the how to, and use a synthetic fluid.
