Had passanger wheel bearing fail while away from home this weekend. Advance has a Moog hub on the shelf. Appears to be a direct fit and quality looks good. Anyone use the Moog hub? The manager seems knowledgeable... says tese use Timken bearings. Box says made on Korea... thats better than China. Quick help please!

It's all crap now the brand really doesn't matter unless it's timken. I had one of those parts store hubs fail in 10,000 miles. In a bind it's ok to use otherwise go OEM or timken.
I decided to buy the Moog replacement hub. The quality of the Moog was blatantly obvious! Could be twice the weight. A total direct fit! It was supplied with new flange studs as well. Includes a 3 year warranty from Advance auto $215 vs $600 at the dealer.... I think this is an oem part.
After replacement (which was really a pleasure) I towed my Airstream 100 some miles... The difference in handling was literally like night and day and all the noise is now gone. It's funny how the subtle things creep up then pow a failure. I thought it was a brake pad alert! When time allows ill swap the other side just a preventative measure.
The OEM part is a timken hub unit which I think is still US made. Moog's quality IMO has gone down the toilet. I had to replace a moog hub unit on an F350 after 15,000 miles. I will pay the extra for a timken/ OEM unit any day.
