Another clueless ebay seller, no F350 came with 4WD until 1979.C8TZ-1A029-A .. Red Lockout Hub Actuating **** / 1968/79 F100/250 with 3,000 lb. capacity Dana 44 / Obsolete ~ 803 (!) available NOS
These are not the same red ***** used with the 3,500 lb. capacity Dana 44 available in 1971 F250's from serial number L80,001 & 1972/77 F250's (High Boys).
The Dana 3,500 lb. capacity red **** with FORD stamped in black is: D2TZ-1A029-A / Obsolete ~ No one has any NOS ~ Not reproduced.

this is 67 only it could be a steal.

This may be a gold mine of NOS American (maybe Mexico) quality parts.
